Mum’s Moss was born from one mother’s journey through hardship, ill health, and recovery. After years of battling stress, domestic abuse, and ongoing health issues, our founder discovered sea moss while searching for a natural way to support her wellbeing. As she began to feel stronger, healthier, and more like herself again, friends and family noticed the difference and started asking for her homemade blends. What began in her kitchen as a personal journey of healing grew into Mum’s Moss — a business built on care, quality, and the belief that nature can help support wellbeing.
